"Just a quick note to thank you for sorting out my dilemma yesterday.Unaware that my order hadn't gone through properly I rang to see if it was on the way.The lady I spoke to explained that something had gone wrong around the '3D' page and therefore you didn't receive my order.Although it was my mistake she couldn't do enough for me and after taking my payment assured me the items would be sent asap.The package arrived this morning before we were even awake and was left in the porch as arranged.So I thought I would send a wee 'e' to thank her as service like that,in my opinion,is a thing of the past.What a star-she deserves an immediate pay rise!!"
