How can I return an item?
1. Print and complete the return form below and enclose it with your package.

2. Securely package them item(s) to be returned.
3. Return your package using a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking.
4. You may refuse your package when it arrives but you will be charged for the return cost which is made to us by that carrier.
Special Notes:
- Shipping charges are not reimbursable unless the goods are faulty.
- Return shipping charges for parcels that are refused will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns will be credited using the original form of payment.
- If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to 5 working days for your credit to appear.
- We cannot accept returns for 'special orders', foil-wrapped chocolates, or non-packaged sweets.
- We cannot accept opened or used merchandise.
